How often should I spray with Emollivet COMBI?
We recommend that Emollivet COMBI be sprayed once a day on the affected area.
When can I expect effects from Emollivet COMBI?
Mold is a skin condition that many horse owners struggle with over a long period of time. Often several weeks of daily cleaning and softening of the affected area are required. With Emollivet COMBI, washing and ointments are replaced with a combined spray that has a loosening, bactericidal and softening effect immediately when applied to the affected area. It simply becomes easier to take care of your horse's skin problems every day.
How long does a bottle of Emollivet COMBI 100 ml last?
It depends on how big the affected area is and how much you choose to spray. The 100 ml bottle lasts for daily use for up to five weeks (Calculated on 3s spray per use).
Will the product help my animal?
Our products are not miracle products and we can never promise that they will help with your animal's specific skin condition. Skin conditions can be difficult to determine and depend on different causes and thus have different methods to get rid of. Our main recommendation is therefore always to consult your veterinarian. If the vet recommends the ingredients included in Emollivet's products (e.g. bactericidal chlorhexidine and loosening salicylic acid), Emollivet can be an alternative to try.
It is important to know that these skin conditions (and especially mold) are incredibly tricky skin conditions that can be due to several different causes, they can flare up and down, are often chronic and there is no miracle method for all of them. Some customers testify that their animals become worse after using Emollivet, which can be due to many reasons, including:
- Hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients.
- The ingredients in the product do not help the animal's specific condition and the condition develops further.
- It can be a completely different skin condition than what the pet owner thinks.
Emollivet's products contain only well-documented ingredients that all have a clear purpose in the product.

Why is there a 96-hour grace period on Emollivet COMBI?
According to Swedish Trotting and Swedish Gallop's Withdrawal and Prohibition List (valid as of 202-02-01) and the Swedish Equestrian Association's Withdrawal and Prohibition List (valid as of 2022-02-01), salicylic acid is subject to a 96-hour withdrawal period before competition.
Are there any contraindications for pregnant mares when using Emollivet?
The substances are not absorbed into the blood and are also not dangerous. No danger if the mare licks the Emollivet COMBI either.
My horse is hypersensitive to soy, can I still use the product?
The product should not be used by horses that are hypersensitive/allergic to soy.

How long does a bottle of Emollivet PAW+ 100 ml last?
It depends on how big the affected area is and how much you choose to spray. With daily use on one paw, 100 ml of PAW+ is enough for up to 20 weeks (Calculated with 2 s sprays per use).
What happens if my dog licks its paws after I use Emollivet PAW+?
As Emollivet PAW+ is quick-drying, few dogs lick the spray. If the dog were to lick the spray, you don't need to worry. The ingredients are harmless. Read more about the ingredients in PAW+ here.

Is PAW+ effective against yeast?
The chlorhexidine kills yeasts, so it's ok to test!
Does PAW+ also work as protection on cold winter days?
It is not the primary task of the product, but the fat from the soy lipids provides a certain protective film.
My dog is hypersensitive to soy, can I still use the product?
The product should not be used by dogs that are hypersensitive/allergic to soy.

How do I track my package?

Why haven't I received my order confirmation?
If you haven't received your order confirmation, double check if it has ended up in the spam folder. If it is not there, contact us. Sometimes it is because a letter in the e-mail address was wrong or the order did not go through the system correctly.
Can I cancel my purchase?
You can cancel your purchase for any reason within 30 days of receiving the item. If you want to cancel a purchase before your order has left our warehouse, call us immediately on 010-183 98 30. Can I order the products from countries other than Sweden?
No not yet. During 2022, we will only have the opportunity to distribute the product within Sweden.
When and how will my invoice be sent?
If you have chosen clear invoice 30 days, the invoice will be sent via e-mail when the goods have left our warehouse. If you are missing your invoice, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or log in to My Klarna.
In the case of partial payment, the first invoice is sent by letter and arrives in the middle of the following month in which the purchase was made. For example – the first invoice for purchases made in January, comes in mid-February.
